There's nothing better than succulent, tender, spring Middlewood Welsh lamb. Our own home produced lamb is reared in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park in green pasture overlooking Llangorse lake.

We at Middlewood are committed to the rearing and supply of lamb of only the best quality, where animal welfare and traceability are vital parts of a grass fed production system. Our hands on involvement from pasture to plate ensures that our product is of the highest standard at a fair price.

Middlewoods Welsh lamb is so easy to cook and the simplest
preparation further enhances its natural flavour. Why not try a glaze such as redcurrant jelly, cranberry sauce or honey and mustard. A couple of teaspoons of mint jelly, simply added 20 min before the end of cooking gives you a mouthwatering 'Middlewood Minted Lamb Roast'.
